VPREB3 Antibody - middle region : FITC (ARP66497_P050-FITC)

The protein encoded by this gene is the human homolog of the mouse VpreB3 (8HS20) protein, and is specifically expressed in cell lines representative of all stages of B-cell differentiation. It is also related to VPREB1 and other members of the immunoglobulin supergene family. This protein associates with membrane mu heavy chains early in the course of pre-B cell receptor biosynthesis. The precise function of the protein is not known, but it may contribute to mu chain transport in pre-B cells.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
