Target
TNPO3 seems to function in nuclear protein import as nuclear transport receptor. In vitro, it mediates the nuclear import of splicing factor SR proteins RBM4, SFRS1 and SFRS2, by recognizing phosphorylated RS domains.

Reconstitution

If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
