The encoded protein acts as a scaffold component for receptor tyrosine kinase signaling and may mediate crosstalk between different signaling pathways. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Reconstitution

Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
