CALCOCO1 Antibody - N-terminal region: Biotin (ARP57483_P050-Biotin)

CALCOCO1 functions as a coactivator for aryl hydrocarbon and nuclear receptors (NR) .CALCOCO1 is recruited to promoters through its contact with the N-terminal basic helix-loop-helix-Per-Arnt-Sim (PAS) domain of transcription factors or coactivators, such as NCOA2. During ER-activation CALCOCO1 acts synergistically in combination with other NCOA2-binding proteins, such as EP300, CREBBP and CARM1. CALCOCO1 is involved in the transcriptional activation of target genes in the Wnt/CTNNB1 pathway. CALCOCO1 functions as a secondary coactivator in LEF1-mediated transcriptional activation via its interaction with CTNNB1. Coactivator function for nuclear receptors and LEF1/CTNNB1 involves differential utilization of two different activation regions.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
