PTP4A3 Antibody - middle region: FITC (ARP51193_P050-FITC)

PTP4A3 belongs to a small class of prenylated protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) . PTPs are cell signaling molecules that play regulatory roles in a variety of cellular processes. This class of PTPs contains a PTP domain and a characteristic C-terminal prenylation motif. Studies of this class of PTPs in mice demonstrated that they were prenylated proteins in vivo, which suggested their association with cell plasma membrane. All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
