GOLM1 Antibody - N-terminal region : FITC (ARP47269_P050-FITC)

GOLM1 is a type II Golgi transmembrane protein. It processes protein synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and assists in the transport of protein cargo through the Golgi apparatus. The expression of this encoded protein has been observed to be upregulated in response to viral infection. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene.The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
