CSTF3 Antibody - middle region: FITC (ARP40353_P050-FITC)

CSTF3 is one of three (including CSTF1 and CSTF2) cleavage stimulation factors that combine to form the cleavage stimulation factor complex (CSTF) . This complex is involved in the polyadenylation and 3' end cleavage of pre-mRNAs. The protein functions as a homodimer and interacts directly with both CSTF1 and CSTF2 in the CSTF complex. The protein encoded by this gene is one of three (including CSTF1 and CSTF2) cleavage stimulation factors that combine to form the cleavage stimulation factor complex (CSTF) . Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
