TEAD4 Antibody - C-terminal region: Biotin (ARP38276_P050-Biotin)

TEAD4 is a member of the transcriptional enhancer factor (TEF) family. The family members contain the TEA/ATTS DNA-binding domain. TEAD4 is preferentially expressed in skeletal muscle, and binds to the M-CAT regulatory element which directs muscle-specific gene expression. TEAD4 is encoded through the use of a non-AUG (TTG) translation initiation codon. This gene encodes a member of the transcriptional enhancer factor (TEF) family. All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
