Target

Kctd12 is an auxiliary subunit of GABA-B receptors that determine the pharmacology and kinetics of the receptor response. It increases agonist potency and markedly alter the G-protein signaling of the receptors by accelerating onset and promoting desensitization.

Reconstitution

If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
