NCOA1 Antibody - middle region : FITC (ARP33991_P050-FITC)

NCOA1 acts as a transcriptional coactivator for steroid and nuclear hormone receptors. It is a member of the p160/steroid receptor coactivator (SRC) family and like other family members has histone acetyltransferase activity and contains a nuclear localization signal, as well as bHLH and PAS domains. NCOA1 binds nuclear receptors directly and stimulates the transcriptional activities in a hormone-dependent fashion.The protein encoded by this gene acts as a transcriptional coactivator for steroid and nuclear hormone receptors. All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
