NR4A2 Antibody - C-terminal region : HRP (ARP32730_P050-HRP)

NR4A2 is a member of the steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor superfamily. The protein may act as a transcription factor. Mutations in NR4A2 gene have been associated with disorders related to dopaminergic dysfunction, including Parkinson disease, schizophernia, and manic depression. Misregulation of NR4A2 gene may be associated with rheumatoid arthritis.This gene encodes a member of the steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor superfamily. Misregulation of this gene may be associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Four transcript variants encoding four distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Additional alternate splice variants may exist, but their full length nature has not been determined.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
