The Ascent Mouse Islet Cell Medium is a sterile, liquid culture medium optimized for the maintenance of Mouse Islet Cells in vitro. It consists of 500mL of basal medium, 10mL of FBS, 5mL of growth supplement, and 5mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
