The Ascent Mouse Pulmonary Macrophage Cell Medium is a sterile, liquid culture medium optimized for the maintenance of Mouse Pulmonary Macrophages in vitro. It consists of 500mL of basal medium, 25mL of FBS, 5mL of growth supplement, and 5mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
