The Ascent Rat Extraocular Muscle Fibroblast Medium is a sterile, liquid culture medium optimized for the maintenance of Rat Extraocular Muscle Fibroblasts in vitro. It consists of 500mL of basal medium, 50mL of FBS, 5mL of growth supplement, and 5mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
