35.1
The 35.1 cell line is a hybridoma cell line producing the monoclonal antibody 35.1, which specifically targets human CD2, a surface molecule expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. This cell line was established by fusing spleen cells from an immunized animal with NS1/1 myeloma cells. The immunization was performed using human T lymphocytes that had been activated with phorbol myristic acid (PMA).
