145-2C11
145-2C11 is a hybridoma cell line, established from the fusion of spleen cells with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The spleen cells are from the animals immunized with a murine cytolytic T cell clone, and the antibody shows activity against a 25-kDa protein component (T3-epsilon) of the antigen-specific T cell receptor and can react with mature T cells.
