•Fresh samples are recommended and can be stored at − 80°C for several weeks if experiments are not performed immediately. When measuring, the temperature and time of thawing should be controlled. When thawing at room temperature, the sample should be thawed within 4 hours. • Ensure that all components and equipment are at the appropriate temperature before starting the experiment.
