Fingolimod (FTY720) hydrochloride is a sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) antagonist with IC50 of 0.033 nM in K562 and NK cells. Fingolimod hydrochloride is also a pak1 activator and immunosuppressant[1][2][3][4].
