Catalponol
Catalponol is a naphthoquinone derivative. Catalponol enhances dopamine biosynthesis by inducing tyrosine hydroxylase activity. Catalponol also increases the levels of cAMP and tyrosine hydroxylase phosphorylation in PC12 cells[1][2].
