NCL, Human (P.pastoris, His)
Nucleolar protein (NCL) is the major nucleolar protein in actively growing eukaryotic cells and is associated with intranucleolar chromatin and preribosomal granules. It induces chromatin decondensation by binding to histone H1 and plays a role in pre-rRNA transcription, ribosome assembly, and potential transcription elongation. NCL Protein, Human (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant human-derived NCL protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-6*His labeled tag.
