Propargyl-PEG8-acid
Propargyl-PEG8-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG8-acid is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . The ADCs can be used in bacterial infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria[1]. Propargyl-PEG8-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
