ISCU relies on FXN to centrally receive persulfide during de novo synthesis initiated by the cysteine desulfurase complex (NFS1:LYRM4:NDUFAB1). ISCU Protein, Human (Sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived ISCU protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-6*His labeled tag.
