Magic™ Cell-free Protein Expression in Rabbit Reticulocyte kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using rabbit retic lysate and is optimized for a variety of high specific activity protein synthesis from capped and uncapped mRNA and for appropriated protein folding. The kit contains the required components for protein synthesis. The optimized Reticulocyte Lysate in kit provides ATP-regeneration system, hemin and calf liver tRNA. The optimized Translation Mix (-Met or -Leu) for the translation of both capped and uncapped messages along with High and Low Salt buffers. Which allows protein synthesis to occur at high efficiency, protein yield, and biological activity.
