OMDM-6 is a hybrid agonist of vanilloid receptor type 1 (VR1, TRPV1) (EC50=75 nM) and cannabinoid receptor type 1 (CB1) (Ki=3.2 μM) . OMDM-6 inhibits anandamide cellular uptake (ACU) with a Ki of 7.0 μM[1].
