LAS17
LAS17 is a potent and selective tyrosine-directed irreversible inhibitor for glutathione S-Transferase Pi (GSTP1) [1]. LAS17 inhibits GSTP1 activity with an IC50 of 0.5 μM[2]. LAS17 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
