Ganodermic acid S
Ganodermic acid S is an oxygenated triterpenoid, that can be isolated from the Chinese medicinal fungus Ganoderma lucidum (Fr.) Karst (Polyporaceae). Ganodermic acid S exerts a concentration dependent inhibition on the response of human gel-filtered platelets (GFP) to U-46619 , a thromboxane (TX) A2 mimetic[1].
