The LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 protein is a key inhibitory receptor that plays a key role in immune regulation and tolerance. As a receptor for FN1, apolipoprotein APOE, and ALCAM/CD166, it inhibits receptor-mediated phosphorylation, intracellular calcium mobilization, and FCGR1A/CD64-mediated monocyte activation, thereby reducing TNF production. LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
