5x Multiplex PCR Mix

The NOVOPROTEIN 5x Multiplex PCR Mix is designed specifically for endpoint multiplex PCR. It is available in a convenient ready-to-use master mix format that includes HotStar Taq DNA Polymerase, Mg²⁺, dNTPs, together with PCR enhancers and enables efficient extension of all primers in the reaction without the need for optimization. The NOVOPROTEIN 5x Multiplex PCR Mix is suitable for amplification of complex templates such as high-specificity PCR reactions, multiplex PCR (such as multiplexed amplicon library preparation, STR and SNP genotyping, etc.), and GC-rich (＞60%) templates PCR.
