LAG-3 binds to FGL1 and transmits inhibitory signals that negatively affect CD8 (+) and CD4 (+) T cell proliferation, activation, and effector functions. LAG-3 Protein, Human (HEK293, mFc) is the recombinant human-derived LAG-3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-mFc labeled tag.
