Cetefloxacin
Cetefloxacin (E 4868) is a board-spectrum antibacterial antibiotic, MIC of 0.007-8 µg/ml. Cetefloxacin exhibits good pharmacokinetic characters in mice. Cetefloxacin exhibits protective effects against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus pneumoniae in mice[1].
