Sulfo-QSY21-NHS is a fluorescent dye, which contains a NHS group that can react with amine groups (-NH2) in proteins or other molecules to form stable amide bonds. Sulfo-QSY21-NHS can be used in the synthesis of activity-based probes (ABPs) [1].
