Neocarzilin A
Neocarzilin A (NCA) reduces BST-2 levels via lysosomal degradation. Neocarzilin A has antimigratory and antiproliferative effects on cancer cells. Neocarzilin A inhibits cancer cell migration via irreversible binding to the synaptic vesicle membrane protein VAT-1[1][2].
