Bradanicline hydrochloride (TC-5619 hydrochloride) is the hydrochloride salt form of Bradanicline. Bradanicline hydrochloride is a selective agonist for α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), with EC50 of 17 nM for human α7 nAChR and Ki of 1.4 nM. Bradanicline hydrochloride is used for the research of cognitive disorders and schizophrenia[1][2].
