MUSK, Human (HEK293, His)
MUSK protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a crucial role in the formation and maintenance of the neuromuscular junction (NMJ) . After LRP4 recruits AGRIN, MUSK phosphorylates and activates, affecting gene expression, coordinating actin cytoskeletal reorganization, and clustering acetylcholine receptors (AChR) in the postsynaptic membrane. MUSK Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived MUSK protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His labeled tag.
