This antibody recognizes human NCAM1. It has not been tested with other species.

Label

PE is an oligomeric protein complex (270 kDa) from red algae that exhibits intensely bright red-orange fluorescence with excitation peak at 566 nm and an emission peak at 574 nm. The complex consists of six heterodimers, α subunit (18 kDa) and β-subunit (20 kDa), and an additional γ-subunit (34 kDa) .

Applications

Useful for studying expression of NCAM1 on the cell surface in flow cytometry assay. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl (1 µg antibody) per million cells in 100 µl staining volume.
