KRAS, Isoform B, His-Tag, GDP-loaded Recombinant

Recombinant human KRAS (KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase), isoform b, encompassing amino acids 2-185. This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag (6xHis) . The recombinant protein (BPS Bioscience #11308) was affinity purified and loaded with GDP. Unbound GDP was removed by spin column.
