Bis-propargyl-PEG7
Bis-propargyl-PEG7 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Bis-propargyl-PEG7 can be used to synthesize the polymer linked multimers of guanosine-3', 5'-cyclic monophosphates[1]. Bis-propargyl-PEG7 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
