PEG2000-DMPE can be used to synthsis a LNP. PEG2000-DMPE enhances the entrapment efficiency depending on the increasing portion in the liposome. The optimal formulation for animal study is that DMPC/PEG2000-DMPE/CH=50/5/45 at the weight ratio of drug/lipid=1/20[1].
