0.2 μm filtered in PBS, pH 7.2. Azide Free (AF) /Low Endotoxin (LE) : Contains no stabilizers or stabilizers. Endotoxin level is < 2 EU/mg as Determined by LAL gel clotting assay.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA applications, a concentration range of 0.5 – 2.0 μg/mL is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of mouse IL-6 recombinant protein ranging from 500 to 8 pg/mL are recommended for each ELISA plate. For ELISPOT applications, a concentration range of 4.0 - 8.0 μg/mL is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
