Storage Conditions

Store virus at -80 °C and avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Only make aliquots in the original buffer at the original concentration. Aliquots should be no less than 50 μL and stored in a screw cap tube.

Viruses are purified over 2 rounds of CsCl gradients and then dialyzed and formulated in A195 buffer.

Quality Control

All adenovirus preps are titered for PFU and checked for RCA by PCR and cell-based assays.
