Anti-Kv7.4/KCNQ4 K+ Channel Antibody

Our Anti-Kv7.4/KCNQ4 K+ channel mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N43/6. It detects bovine, human, mouse, and rat Kv7.4/KCNQ4 K+ channel, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, IP, WB.

Product Specifications

Background

Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily KQT member 4, Voltage-Gated Potassium Channel Subunit Kv7.4 or KCNQ4 is encoded by the gene KCNQ4. KCNQ4 is thought to play a critical role in the regulation of neuronal excitability, particularly in sensory cells of the cochlea. It is found in the outer hair cell of cochlea, brain, heart, and skeletal muscle. Diseases associated with KCNQ4 include types of deafness.
