10X SDS-PAGE Running Buffer consists of 0.25 M Tris HCl, 1.92 M Glycine and 1% (w/v) Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) ; pH 8.3. Meticulously prepared using ultra-pure reagents dissolved in highly polished pharmaceutical grade deionized water. Some yellow coloration of the 10X buffer may be observed. A slight coloration does not interfere with the performance of the running buffer.

Store container at room temperature (18° to 26° C) prior to opening. If desired, the solution may be stored at 4° C or less. Some salts may precipitate out of solution at lower temperature. Allow buffer to equilibrate to room temperature (18° to 26° C) to restore solubility of some salts.
