The users need to prepare the 6X DNA Loading Buffer themselves. After preparation, the 6X DNA Loading Buffer and the 1 kb Plus Ladder DNA Marker (orb2303097) should be mixed at a 1:5 volume ratio before use. Formulation for 6X DNA Loading Buffer: Combine the following components, 6 mL of 0.5 M EDTA‐Na2 (pH 8.0), 40 mL of glycerol, 0.05 g of bromophenol blue, 0.05 g of xylene cyanol. Then adjust the final volume to 100 mL and mix thoroughly. The resulting solution is ready to use as a 6X DNA loading buffer.
