3-Cyano-7-ethoxycoumarin
3-Cyano-7-ethoxycoumarin is a fluorogenic substrate selective for cytochrome P450 isoforms CYP1A1 and CYP1A2. It is widely used in high-throughput in vitro assays to measure the enzymatic activity and inhibition of these isoforms in liver microsomes and recombinant systems for drug metabolism research.
