4-Phosphonooxy-tempo
4-Phosphonooxy-tempo is an anionic nitroxide free radical spin probe. It can be transported across the cell membrane via Band 3 proteins and subsequently reacts with reductants in the cytosol. Additionally, 4-Phosphonooxy-tempo can serve as a probe for the functionality of anionic channels in biomembranes.
