5-TRITC

5-TRITC is an amine-reactive fluorescent dye that forms stable thioether bonds with proteins, enabling their labeling and visualization with bright red-orange fluorescence (Ex/Em ~555/580 nm) . It is widely used in fluorescence microscopy for both in vitro assays and in vivo imaging applications to study protein localization and dynamics.
