6-CFDA
6-CFDA is a cell-permeant, non-fluorescent probe that is hydrolyzed intracellularly to the fluorescent anion 6-carboxyfluorescein. It is widely used for monitoring intracellular pH (pHi) and cell viability in both in vitro and in vivo research, including studies of drug delivery systems and cellular physiology.
