AF 430 azide
AF 430 azide is a derivative of the yellow fluorescent dye AF 430. It exhibits an excitation wavelength of 425 nm and an emission wavelength of 542 nm. AF 430 azide can engage in a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules that have DBCO or BCN groups, enabling dye labeling and specific conjugation with biomolecules.
