AMC-GlcNAc

AMC-GlcNAc is a fluorogenic substrate for continuous, ratiometric detection of β-hexosaminidase activity with stable, low-background fluorescence. It is widely used in vitro for enzyme characterization and high-throughput screening, including for lysosomal storage disorder research and recombinant enzyme assays in bacterial lysates.
