Anti-CA15-3 McAb (coating)
This is a monoclonal antibody to cancer antigen CA15-3 (Breast Cancer) . It recognizes a sialylated carbohydrate epitope on the MUC-1 glycoprotein. Its binding is sensitive to periodate oxidation and neuraminidase (sialidase) treatment, but it does not react with glycolipid extracts from the ZR-75-1 cell line.
